Overview

The program book designed for the Midwest Art History Society conference involved a necessarily complex but navigable hierarchy, allowing the audience to see at a glance where they needed to go once they arrived. Through a simple grid, one color, and a varied use of typography, I was able to work with the event planners to create a book that was inexpensive to produce but clear in use.
